The W7 is a great sub, will get loud and sound great and has great build quality. The L7 will get loud, sound like dookie (imo), and will probably break.
With that said, I personally wouldn't buy either because the L7 is poor (imo) and the W7 is overpriced and there are other subs out there that are better for the price (imo).
If you can get a W7 for a good price though go for it. The only price I'd get a L7 for is free. Then I'd blow it up Actually no I wouldn't I'd sell it to some noob.
