Ive heard a BTL and it doesnt really have the upper end like the aq and dd subs and i was wondering if the xxx had anything up there or if it is just a mid and low sub? |

Email Post Number: 4815 Registered: Nov-05 | I've heard a few DD subs as well as AQs.. none of which had SQ like the XXX but of course the output was higher don't get me wrong the AQ hd3 15s were tight and punchy.. but didn't sound as well 4 DD 10s in a blowthrough.. sounded decent.. got decently low but the highs were fake 4 dd 2515s in a blowthrough.. lows would actually surprise your for the subs having such a high fs.. but sq again can't be compared to the XXX 2 dd 9515s.. didn't really hear it on music.. wa setup for spl ...still the best sql setup ive heard to date was two RE XXX 12"s ported in an explorer.. that setup was doing 148s on the meter.. and it dropped down.. just slams your chest and makes your voice sound like your talking through a fan what i'd like to see is someone run 4 XXX 15"s tuned to idk 28-30hz  |
