Hey, I have everything that I need as far as on paper... I was just wondering if ANYONE ( Knowledgeable ) could give me anymore advice, pointers, or point out something that might go wrong with this design.
... I REALLY WOULD LOVE FOR SOMEONE TO 3D ME A MODEL... I REALLY WOULD APPRECIATE IT!!!!!

HERE WE GO!
(1) MA HK12x2 Spec'd enclosure ( Ported ):
Cuft: 3cuft
Hz: 38hz
Sq Port: 4x4
Sq Port Length: 14.5"
Number of Ports: 3

Max Dimensions ( 99 Nissan Sentra ):
External Dimensions: 42"L x 22"D x 14"H
Internal Dimensions: 40.5"L x 20.5"D x 12.5"H

SUBWOOFER CUTS!
(2) 11.5" for the sub holes...

BOX CUTS!
Top: 14 x 42 x 22
Bottom: 14 x 42 x 22
Front Wall: 42 x 12.5
Back Wall: 42 x 12.5
Left Side Wall: 20.5 x 12.5
Right Side Wall: 20.5 x 12.5

* NOTE *
... Front wall will have the three ported centered on the bottom, in the middle.
Example:

2 Ports will be on the bottom in the middle, and the third will be centered in the middle stacked on top.
( Think of a PYRAMID, and you'll get the picture )

----PORT----
PORTPORT

^^^^^^^ LIKE THAT.... Exactly!

PORT CUTS!
* Each port external dimensions is 4" x 14.5"
Top: 4 x 14.5
Bottom: 4 x 14.5
Left Side Wall: 2.5 x 14.5
Right Side Wall: 2.5 x 14.5

* NOTE *
Remember! There are 3 ports. All are IDENTICAL ( Triplets )

To get DIRECTLY in the middle, it'll be:
42" MINUS 8" = 34"...

NOW

34" DIVIDED BY 2 = 17" on each side of the ports

To get DIRECTLY in the middle for the single stacked port, it'll be:
8" MINUS 4" = 4"...

WHICH MEANS

2"s will be on each side of the stacked port, making it centered.

TOTALING

A PERFECT PYRAMID!!

Here is a quick lil' sketch, to give you an IDEA of what I'm picturing in my head.

The only thing I would worry about is port noise but as long as you do a proper install you won't have to worry about it. Make sure you seal up those aeros real well.

Well, after looking at your drawing it doesn't look like you're going with aero ports so...I must say that's an interesting design for sure.

Nope... No aeros... Converted the circle ports to sqaure ports.

So really it will be a single port with no dividers between any of them correct? If so you shouldn't have any issues.

Well, MA said specificly!

(3) 4" x 14" CIRCLE or SQUARE ports @ 38hz
... Soo, I'm just wanted to be good and do as they say.

So, that's why I did the 3 seperate, chambered ports.

DJ,

All ya got to do is take what MA said for the spec's of ports and covert then over and just do one large port.

Take the surface area of all three at 38hz and it's a done deal to get the port length given the volume MA states per subwoofer plus displacement.

That port area looks kinda small w/ those high power subs.
~9.6sq per cube from my calculations.
Make sure you round those ports over or you may get port noise.

Looks like the box will end up 5cuft net though. Should be pretty good on airspace, looks like it will be nice.

Oh, are you going to do an SPL box in the future?

You know what.. I surely didn't round it over...
... I'm takin' everything ya'll are telling me into notice!

I might just change those 3 into (1) BIG port.

Marshall,
...Yes, I do plan to build a SPL box. actally pretty soon.
