Tang Band 8"?

Lookin into getting 4 of these 8" Tang Bands.

do they have good sound quality? and will 4 of them get decently loud (compared to a 12" type-r off of 450W RMS). Also if i get 4 4 ohm subs i will need an amp capable of 600W RMS @ 1 ohm, wat amp would be good for that?

no...its just that the alpine 12 will get plenty loud and cost alot less...you only need one 12 to get loud trust me

1999 toyota ext cab pickup. i wanted to go with the 4 8s for the wow factor. Were i live its all single 12s or 2 10's and i want tto be different

those subs are like 60 bucks a piece and thats alot of cash compared to what one alpine 12 will do in there

yeah true, i just got a alpine mrp450 right now but if i go the type-r route ill get a 15" and a alpine mrp850 to power

at that price range you might want to consider an audioque 2.5 15 we have the 12 and it slams

go to the website I gave you and call the number on the website and talk to dj and see what he will charge to ship it to canada...you could do the 15 too but make sure you have room to fit it

Since he is in Canada and has a limited budget/amp, the MAW 12 seems like an obvious choice.
