Running a Crossfire VR 4000D @ 1ohm !?....

Post Number: 13371 Registered: Jul-05 | Crossfire VR4000D Class "D" subwoofer amplifier 1 x 2000W @ 4 ohms (12.5V) 1 x 4000W @ 2 ohms (12.5V) a bud of mine wants to run 1 of these on a 9512 g series @ 1ohm for short period of time 30-45 seconds playing music - is that adviseable ? i know he will have to get a good charging system to do it - what kind of current draw & extra batts he may need ? ....... |

I wish Chad had run different amplifiers back when he had his BTLs because he could have been much louder with different amps. |
