Do you want SQ SQL SPL?

Kicker amps are good.

Kicker CVRs and CVXs are good.(my opinion)

Parents are being a buzz kill about it, think it's insane lol. Might not help me out with a Jeep. Not sure what I'm going to end up doing, just throwing it out there.

We put 6, 15 inch RD Alphas in a suburban and put a hole in the windshield :-)

Being serious, I can gurantee you a 150+ on music with 4 Rd Alpha 15's on 2 RD 3250.1's. Already doing a 153.1 on music with that setup. You aren't TOO far away, so we can also build a replica box of the one we are using.

Is the $1700 just for subs? Because subs of good quality can easily cost $400+ a piece. Then you still need amplifiers, wiring and an upgraded charging system. Which can easily be another 2-3 thousand.

Well just as a reminder set aside $1000 for a charging system. That should cover a new battery, alternator and wiring to hook everything up. With $1200 I'd try to get a DD Z series amplifier.
