Post Number: 2280 Registered: Dec-06 | Ya the orange is sick The only box was tuned to the same number and was 4.2 ft^3 but it had a bend in the port becuase the back wall was to close. Just overall the box wasnt that great but with the design for the new box it makes the sub sound much better. Heres a pic of the old box  |

Gold Member Username: Snarl2004Digital Design 9515, Massive Audi... Post Number: 2282 Registered: Dec-06 | well the P3000.1 puts out around 2800ish rms. the aq 2200D does 2200rms. I like the AQ amp alot better. much better quality in my opinion. Its a very nice amp. The massive is just ok and i have issues with mine and i just dont think the quality is that good where as the aq 2200D is much better quality its hard to compair the 9515 and btl becuase the 9515 is in my s10 and the btl is in a expedition. they s10 gets much louder easier. But for the sound quality between them the 9515 wins by a mile. They both hit low notes about the same exept the btl absolutly sucks on the high notes. My 9515 hits lows deciently and r@pes the mid to higher notes. the btl does lows deciently the mids pretty good then theres absolutly nothing for highs. Theres notes my 9515 hits that make my truck rattle that the btl cant even get close to hitting the same note. If it was me i would deffinitly get the 9515. but also the 9515 retails for 2x the price of the btl. if it was me i would either save up the money or buy a used 9515 rather then a btl. |

Post Number: 2298 Registered: Dec-06 | ya i got a 220 amp alt with a kinetik HC2400 in the back hes got a 200amp alt but his voltage doesnt lower past 12.5 i wont be able to meter it because i live on an island called nantucket off the coast of massachusetts and there aree no car audio shops. Its about 150 to get a car off island then i would need to find a shop with a tl. Although this sumemr i may look into buying a tl. im dying to meter my system i really want to know what its hits i just cant get it done |

Post Number: 2313 Registered: Dec-06 | if they had the same power in the same vehical in their ideal boxes i think the 9515 would win. the 9515 gets the higher notes much easier and the higher notes score higher on the meter. the BTL would get much lower though. I have a feeling the BTL would rattle the vehical more and hit the lows better. But still the 9515 would hit higher on the meter. The BTL is deffinitly loud though |
