Hello,
im thinking about adding some bass to my new range rover. i dont want the bass to be overwhelming or extremely loud. i just want to seamlessly add stronger but clean bass to the stock system. I also don't want the subs to take up all my trunk space! a friends suggested putting in 2 10" w3s. Since i don't know all that much about car audio i need your help! any suggestions? thanks in advance....

I'd take a W6 in a high output box with a 500/1. Beatiful SQ woofer.

Hertz Audio Mille 2500
JL Audio W6 10
Image Dynamics IDmax 10
Boston Acoustics G5 10

All would work well with a JL Audio 500/1.

im definitely going to do JL. what is the difference between a w3, a w6, and and w7? again, crazy loud bass is not that important to me. just something that will sound crisp and that wont use all my trunk space. and lastly what can i expect to spend on something like this? thanks to everyone who has posted.....

If your going to use JL Audio go with a W6. They are by far there best sounding subs.

W6 10s online are around $275, ebay prices can vary, and at a shop you will probably spend closer to $400-450 per sub.

Personally the exact setup I would run is 2 W6 10"s in a small sealed box and a JL 1000/1 amp. It would sound very clean/accurate, and you should be extremely happy with how it sounds.

pics now!!! haha i agree the W6s would sound great. I would personally go with the mille's though because they look sick and no one has them.
