What Ohm load and amp?

Post Number: 1288 Registered: Jun-07 | i think those subs are like 500-700 rms each right? if im wrong correct me. audiques new amp will do the job. order one of those. new, probably the best value for an amp that puts out that much TRUE power. that amp is 1 ohm stable and will work if you get the two dual 4 ohm subs wired to 1 ohm. http://www.audioque.com/aq/AQamps.htm |

Post Number: 1311 Registered: Jun-07 | well one of my friends has L5's to. i heard his L5's and yea they got loud but they didnt sound to good while doing it. idk im just not into that. those subs dont have much sq but they do get loud. if u only like really loud bass then get em bro theyre for you. if you want something that sounds cleaner but still gets loud go another route. Also i've heard they dont last very long and are known to crap out but hey ive also heard some ppl who have L5's and they last long. its all up to you and your personal preference man. if you like them get em  |

And as for the quee rlook....idk how any sub looks quee r other than the sony explodes. |

And the you can either build a box yourself if you feel brave enough (its not too hard) or have fishercustoms or woodlawn cabinetry build you a box.. 2 SE's $325 shipped on ebay Audioque amp about $300 shipped Box will probably be around $200 shipped? That is still under your budget, and you could probably even upgrade to 15's. |
