47 hz seems pretty low for what id think your vehicle would peak at spl wise...how low of a daily tune do you have

My truck usually peaks anywhere from 47-53hz depending on the size of the box. The larger the box in my truck, the lower the note.

On paper tuning for the port is ~40hz. Its just great big daily box that gets pretty loud. The next box will be a total fartbox.

ok well I would have thought it would have been higher than 53 even but I guess theres other factors causing the drop

Its a full-size truck, not an s10.

I'm actually looking into getting an s10 ext cab though :-)

Actually, I'm looking into an S10 for the shop.
We are planning on doing demo vehicle and starting to get SPL comps back in the area.

We are most likely going to do a loud system w/ a ~$2000 MSRP (or in-shop price) budget just to show people what they could have.

well normally id say youll get the boost you need to get your 155 out of it with a all out spl box ...and I hope you do...but im sure things get more difficult in the 150's
