Which do you think is a better subwoofer since they are similarly priced? Alpine type-r 12" or Infinity Kappa 122.7w 12"
I have heard unnumerable good things about the type-r's but then just recently read the "Good the bad and the ugly" list. Alpine was rated good while Infinity was rated highly recommended.
the perfect vq is loud as hell. just check out the ones i put in my friends civic. you can see the videos on youtube. my user name is mendonmafia. i highly reccomend them as they get extremely loud and sound amazing.
I love the way the type r attacks the lows tho!!! They get busy. But I'm never heard the vq's I've heard the kappas tho and give em 2 thumbs down. Out of those 2 I wud get the r but the ones in marks vids look loud as hell jus too punchy in my opinion.
