It worked fine i had it for about a month and a half. then one day it didnt work. everythings hooked up correctly. we used one of those power light checking tools. every connection lights up from everything running into and from amp and the wires running to the box. my friend said my sub might be overheated? would this be what is wrong with it, is their any way i can fix it or what. thanks.

Overheated? Does the cone move freely? Any scratching? Are the tinsels still attached? Did you try another sub on your amp?

So you push down on it and it dont move more than likely its blown just call em up and get a recone kit its fairly simple to do just be carefull not to break the ring or strip the screws like i did.... what amp are you using whats your electrical system like is your box ported..sealed
