Looking at type r's right now, but wondering if re se's would be better. Would it be worth the extra like $100 for the se's?

have 2 audiobahn a8000t's to power them.

AudioQue sd2.5 12's maybe just a little over $300.

I liked my sd2.5's a lot better than my cvx's. I had an enclosure specifically made for the cvx's and on 1800rms. Ran the sd2.5's in the same enclosure on 1100rms and the sd2.5's were louder to the ear. And sounded better to me. Moved more air too.

Never heard any diamonds personally. You need to figure out if you want sq or spl though.

As I stated earlier, the sd2.5's were louder than the cvx's I had, in the same enclosure that was made specifically for the kickers and off less power. And the cvx's are supposed to be spl woofers. They didnt sound all that bad either but they arent as nice sounding as my Fi Q's (which is a SQ woofer).

well, right now I'm just tryin to find the money for new subs...but i'm either getting ssd's, sd2.5's or the diamond's.

Any of these three that are better than the others, or other suggestions ($350-400MAX)?

Naledge...want decent sq, but also to get really loud. I guess I would sacrifice a little sq and go more for spl, as long as it doesn't sound like crap.

Hope that helps
