your focals should amaze you.. that is if your staging is correct and you have good imaging.. ever thought about trying those active?

also if your seriously into SQ you might switch up the h/u :-)

my hu is nice. i really like it. infact i like it more than some of the other hu's i had. i had the pioneer 9800, 9600, 690ub, 860, and couple of others. my indash is up to par with all those.

i am not changing cause i ain't happy with my current components. i always like to change things around. i've had my focals on active and passive. i've had those for almost 2 years so yes i really liked those. i wanted to try 3 way and i did. the sound is awesome but the mid keeps getting in the way when i go to step on the clutch. so i want a 2 way set.

i am not looking to compete nor do i ever plan on competing for sq. i just want the best sound possible to my ears.

yes, the M1 is a cheater amp which was re-classes by USACi .. the more voltage you put to it the more power.. well that goes for any amp.

they did their rating on 12v.. anyways its good for 1000+rms easily.. i did a 143 on a TL with my single xxx 15" sealed in a 1.4cu.ft box before displacement.. it pushes that xxx no problem

if you want to know more about that m1 ask DDs tech about it.. if you look on their site through their amp tests its in there.. think it was 1920 @ 1.14ohm on 14.4v .. not sure if thats fully correct but i know its up there.. soundpressure.com forum also..
