Without missing a lick he said, "179". Everyone in the front litterally busted out laughing.
Me: "Well, you have a concreted vehicle" Him: "What do you mean, my crown vic?" Me: "You did 79's in a vic?" Him: "yea, people told me I couldnt do it either..but i did. I used to work at S** C***** (an other local shop)."
He proceded to tell me how no one else he tells that belives him, but he is does it.
I took him out to hear my truck...he couldnt even sit in it.
I invited him to come the Scapin' the Coast in Biloxi this summer
Some people amuse me Everyone here at the shop got alil chuckle out of it all.
Canaan could not have been nicer in that situation IMO. Sure he may have chuckled a little bit at the guy's 179 claim, but you can't really help that.
Not only was he not mean to the guy or anything, but he embraced the guys ignorance offering him opportunity to learn and gain experience by inviting him to that event.

But really, we get some amazing retards at the shop. I sold a clarion dpx1800 to a guy w/ 2 fusion subs today. The amp bumped for bout 10sec and shut off in his car. I walked out, his 40A fuse was blown. Told him just get an 80-100A and he will be fine (4ga wire). He went TOTALFUKINGHOGNUTZ. "This dam amp is blown!"
And a while back, I sold a desktop computer to some lady. When I was showing it to her, she picked up the mouse and said..."Oh, this computer only come w/ one?"
It was all I could do to contain myself. When she finally got the computer and left, I dam near sh1t myself laughing.
I need to get vids from the surveillance camera and start posting them. I laugh all day long.
LOL when I first read "grab the 12ga" in canaans last post I thought of speaker wire. A 4 foot swatch of 12ga across the back with much force and anger will adjust even the most stubborn of attitude problems.... and also leave a painful welt for several weeks of reminders of such problem.
