My speakers have been turning off since i installed them they work fine on lower levels but if i turn it up at about half-way they'll work for about 3-10 min. and then they'll turn off until i turn it back down towards the lowest volume levels there running off of my stock head-unit. At first i thought it was a charging problem but when they last turned off i looked back at my amp to see if the green power light was on and it was still on. Thanks for any help.

Did you set the gain right. Sounds like the gain is too high or the amp is going into thermal protection.

How do i know if the amp gain is right? the gain is very low and bass boost is off should i turn the gain all the way down as well then? and see if that fixes it?
