you got it chad so i got the us back on it. i was thinking about a zx1500 but the ssf is preset to 15 i think thats a good amp. i was thinking about putting a saz-3000d on it till i get the money for the dd's or two saz-1500 but the would cost me more in the long run so will i be ok with the saz-3000 on it

No you don't NEED 1500w. Thats pushing it even with the BP. 1000w is what that sub is designed for........

So they say...... those subs have been known to have issues like tinsel slap, especially when powered over 1000w

Get yourself a T10001BD .... You can't go wrong with that nice of an amp plus all of them are usually birthsheeted around 1400+.

I powered Qs with a T10001BD without the BP Option... I gave it 1526 watts @ 1ohm...

The Q didnt sweat.

I say throw 2k @ it. It wont hurt unless ur a complete idiot with it.

1500w rms on it daily used reasonably will be fine for it, BP option or not. That's the common consensus on SSA and I've got a Fi Q with BP. Only have ~900 on it atm, not for long though. BP option or not I'd be real careful giving it more than 1500w rms.

Quentin wonts to get saz-3000d for the 2 DD3518's. but he needs a different amp for his Q so y go buy two amps when i will be cheaper to get the one and set the gain down. then he don't have to get a another amp when he up grades
