We should definently be able to do that in the port but that would be insane if we could do that on the dash!!!

Looks very nice.

Doubled baffle may have been better though.

I have a few questions if you dont mind:

What are the box specs?
What vehicle?
What meter?

Ever had that vehicle metered w/ another system?
If so, how loud was it...what freq did it peak at?

The box is 39" wide x 40" deep x 15.5" tall (inside dimensions). Both of the ports are 6.5" wide x 14" deep x 15.5" tall. The box is tuned to 40 hz. The vehicle is a 2007 Toyota Matrix And the meter is a Epic-160

It is not a meter that can be tampered with... It is accurate but not as accurate as the TL! TL gives reading to the tenths place while the epic-160 only gives you raw numbers.... For example the TL will read 151.5 while the EPIC 160 will read 151 or 152, with no decimal place....

thanks Canaan and Mark scafetta! The wood is MDF with a oak veneer on it and stained cherry with about a 1/16"-1/8" of varnish to give it a nice sheen

On TL in the kick, I would guess ~154's out of that setup. Not familiar w/ that vehicle though.

what is that about 4 cf net per sub.....if so thats a little large and will hurt the spl score some...im figuring a 148 db probably with that port and sub arrangement with a slight possibility of a 149 db sealed up at the dash all assuming you have sufficient electrical like a large ho alternator and a battery

He has a small cabin though so I think he'll be right around 150.
