A person came to my work and told us that she was being stalked and had a gps tracking device in her car...she asked us where we would think it was wired... i said it should be wired through the ignition and antenna because when u turn on the car it should get power from ingnition.. is this true?

not sure. but when i saw 2fast and 2furious, the gps on their car was connected to the fuel pump. so they couldn't just yank it out cause the gps was pumping fuel to the car.

Hahaha you told her wrong.......... most of those things are little boxes not much bigger than a cell phone. They make ones that can be battery powered and mounted pretty much anywhere. Of course, those are limited by how long the battery lasts unless whoever installed it has access to the vehicle to change the batttery.......
