would this power it properly? american bass xd-1800

i was told it would do 900 watts rms at 4 ohms, 1200 watts rms at 2 ohms , and 1800 watts rms at 1 ohm

but here i found it's http://www.americanbassusa.com/amp_xd.html

it says 150 at 4 ohm?? Does anyone know for sure how much power this puts out? and is it worth 250 used? what's the most you would pay for this amp?

M.S. showed me he's running one (not this model) and said they are good, i trust him. I just need to know how much power it throws out and is it a good price used?

Your gonna have to research how much power it actually does. AB doesn't put official ratings on their amps, it's a word on the street thing.

Without getting into toot much detail, it's done for competition reasons.

oh ok, and scott s i got the dual 2

@ Scott S
great scott lol didn't mean for it to come out like that. I was going to pm u, but this works... can u tell me what u used to calculate your box? As u know AQ doesn't give you some of the specs (at least i didn't see them) for the online calculators. And what do you recommend to tune the box to? I know dj recommends 38-40, but can i go lower without losing anything? thnx

@ M.S. Yeah I noticed at the last min, it's AB i should just look for a D right? I thought they are better for subs

oh oops...and for the specs...yes i know but i was using some box calculator online can't even find it now and it asked for something AQ didn't list. So you think 36 is the best? i'll still be able to hit lows good right?

oh ok so 36 or 37 and i'll be good to go, now if only someone would please give me a image for a box.

@ scott s. Would 2.5 be too small? I can fit a big box no problem was just hoping to have some trunk left. I have a 07 santa fe se if that helps
