yeah idk why to me it doesn't look that big i thought the BTL was beefier this thing looks identical to my SX except my SX actually has 3 magnets and i know that the SX would be a little bit better than the Q but a little less than the BL so thats why i guessed those two at first but thats really odd i wish i could compare it next to my SX cus by just looking they look identical except for the third magnet on mine. I'm sure that BTL will get quite a bit louder ;)

Looks to me to be a cross from an SX and a MT, but I myself would prefer a vented pole piece for more cooling. Nothing like an @sshole! :-O Polo..

Oh and BEFORE you rip them tinsels out, I would suggest extending them and adding felt to the back of the cone, they look to be a little short.. Polo.

it ain't that short polo. these subs don't have that much excursion. the spider is stiff. just don't mess with it. lol.

but putting the felt pad is a good idea.

The felt pad was already on it, and yes you're correct Chad...it's optionless. I won't be putting much power to it for a while.

OK thanks for the heads up Chad. I'll consider that for the future. I just couldn't pass up $180 shipped.

It's just a t5001bd right now. It's rated at 1036RMS. That's really all my stock charging system will support at this point. I just like knowing I have a TON of room to expand the power on this thing, even though it won't be the best right now.
