so umm its weird but sometimes my system destroys my ears.... but then sometimes it just doesnt and i feel it... like one time the window will be like half down and it will pwn my eardrums... then the other time the windows are all up and it pwns my eardrums... but its only every now and then... any science behind it or is it just air pressure?

Maybe you just need to clean your ears out. I find that if I plug my nose and blow through my ears that i can hear better. Try that. If you do it too much though then you wont be able to hear as good so then you suck air back through your ears. It really makes a difference when the subs are going. It may sound strange but it does work.

The temperature and weather can also be a factor. I've seen quite a few competitors talk about how their numbers were affected just by driving a few hours into a different climate.
