well i was only stateing from personal exp. ive had my alt from nate for 2 years now and ive never had a problem with it, looks great and puts out great voltage, i idle at a solid 14.5 and with system playing at moderate volume im at 13.5-13.7 high volume im go down to 12.5-13 and i have plenty of batt back up as well to help with my power demands...
but then again some people have issues and some dont, its the risk you take when ever you buy from anyone online. anyones best bet is to buy localy from the little alt/starter builder and have him build you one if hes willing to contrubute to the noise in town which many arent..

many of the older gm alts are easy to fab brackets for due to the simple mounting tabs and most if not all are internaly regulated all you have to do it jump a wire from one prong to another on the alt and it will work just fine, alot cheaper than a ho alt and if you can make 2-3 fit you will have plenty of amperage for a fraction of the cost of a ho alt... even might consider geting the gm alts from the junk yard where you pull the part yourself (15 a pice where i live and are gaur. for 30 days)

Iraggi has a bad rep around here? Why is that?

Dom is a good guy and got my 260amp alternator to me in 4 days...never had any problems with communication.
