Anyone know whats up with KnuKonceptz? I have been trying to get in touch with them since before Christmas.
The first part of December I returned a part to them for exchange and have not heard any thing from them. I have sent them e-mails and left messages on their phone service to return my call. Today I even left feedback on their website.
If anyone knows whats up with these folks please let me know.
Hey, They have great products. My bad for ordering the wrong one. There was no problem when I requested a RA#. They responded the next day. Now they have my part and I have nothing. Well, I do have a bill to pay and a project on hold. How Kool is that?
Just wanted to let everyone know I got a reply to my feedback today. It seems that two RA's were issued with the same number. Appears the part is now in route and my project will soon be underway.
