Nope, I run about 4 feet of wire from my amp to my subs, and wayy more than that for my speakers I'd say 15-20 feet.
But if you run like 1,000feet+ I'm sure something would become noticeable at some given time as speed of light/elec is faster than sound, so once you have enough cable for the sound to be faster than light/elec the difference would occur.
I have absolutely no idea what I am talking about but it makes sense in my head...lol
