I have a DVC 4-ohm Rockford P3. It is just sitting around collecting dust so I want to put it to use. Could I use this in a home audio application? Would it work out or would that be a waste? Thanks guys.

YOu also could run it with a crown xls202. Smallest they make so you have to adjust the gain.

I ran two SVC dd 3500's with a xls602. Holy smokes!

Cabinet makes all of the difference. Find a good design.
I know a guy who makes furniture grade subwoofers boxes. If you are interested.

Well it's for a buddy who wants to run it at 8ohms with the power given off by the reciever. Will that work?

I highly doubt the receiver has outputs with a LPF, and without that it won't work.
