thats is a VERY nice amplifer. you will not be dissapointed. very high quality, solid and will put out a little more than its rated power. be carefull though if you have the dual 2ohm coil model and plan on running 1ohm, that amp is going to put down some serious wattage to thoes coils. give or take 600 more than the rated rms on each sub.

my friend just bought this amp and his puts out about about 1650 watts rms at 50 hz @ 1 ohm.

I think you can get a IA40.1 for around $1000-$1200. It will beat the hell out of those AQ HDC3's

To help save you a little money, the RD 1750.1 or Sundown SAZ-1500D would put out more than 1500rms easy and come with a 2 year warranty. Email me if interested.

kevin i would be intrested but it wouldnt be till i get my income tax in thats going to be a big chunck of it
