Connecting amp's output to a battery?

sound pretty stupid, but y not?

so, if i connect my amp's output to my battery some how, would it help charging up battery quicker?

for one - dc batteries are charged by and produce dc voltage, an amp delivers ac. Two - the impedence of your amp's speaker terminals is very very low. The battery would deliver so much current the amp would be instantly torched.
