I cut the subwoofer rcas on head unit

i accidentally cut off the subwoofer rcas on the back of my head unit can i use the front or rear ones to run a system or can i splice it back together?

on a lot of headunits the RCAs put out the same signal. but if that headunit has independent subwoofer controls then it wont work right without using that output.

no and technically yes, unless it's dual twist rcas which any headunit i know doesent use . so u should be able to solder them back on , the easiest cheepest thiung to do is this, if ur good with soldering. go to radioshack and buy new pre stripped rca wires, this already stripped ready to be soldered in. then open your headunit find the rca location on the circuit board remove the old put the new in and ur done. i don't take responseability for your actions so BE careful.
