Depends on subs/application. I like ported for the efficiency.

Mike, could you give me some info?

Lets say I have two 12" subs. What box should I go for?

you need to specify which subs pal .. because some subs are designed to be in sealed enclosure some excel in a ported enclosure

Look if you want punchy bass but all around good frequency response, go sealed.

On the other hand a ported box will be tuned to a certain frequency. That means it will peak out (be louder) around that frequency and you will lose the punchiness of the sealed box. Typically if you listen to rap or music with lower frequency bass lines you should go ported tuned 30-40hz.

im guessing you mean a BM sub ..

id say around 4 to 4.5 cubes at 32-34 hz would be ideal

15 inch woofers for under 300 well flip a coin .. theres about 10 solid woofers out their capable of supplying enough output to fit ur needs

audioque hdc3
rd audio sonance/elite
FI q/bl
DD 2500/3500
Soundsplinter Rl-p
Stereo Integrity Mag used

to name a few
