I just make my own with Audicity. Personally, I dont like the slowed down songs. Ive spedd a few up, and added bass. It is a fun toy to mess with. btw, "In the club" sounds almost the same backwards.

"In the club sounds almost the same backwards"

i'm not sure why i found that so funny, but i got a good chuckle out of that.. lol.

is Audicity a downloadable program? that would definatley be something fun to mess around with.

ok... i've figured out how to make it sound exactly how i want, but i have a problem. i'm using sound forge and set the rate of play to .85. when i try to save it, nothing is changed.

so what i'm now trying to do is find a decent sound capture program, and i'll be good. sucks my other comp had a nice sound card that came with one... o well

alright... it may not be the most legit way ever lol, but it works just fine.

i open a song with sony sound forge. in that program i set the song to play at any rate i want, in most cases .85x. i then use blaze media pro to capture the sound while i play it in SF. that simple.

on a different note, i just discovered eminem speeds up his lyrics on cd

Damn. So I need to download Sound Forge and Blaze Media? Any other ways you know of (I assume no)? Also, Em not sound as lyrical screwed and chopped?

But yeah that Sony program costs money and I'm guessing the other one does too. Any chance you could send them to me or tell me where to download free?

i'm sure theres a simpler way to do it, but no i don't know of it. i get everything from torrents. just a search, dl, and following the instructions to crack it are necessary. i use mininova and isohunt the most

and i noticed it in forget about dre. when i slowed it to .93, he lost his pitch, and sounded a lot more normal. check it out vvv

Damn. To me he just sounds different, haha. I'll try to find those on Azureus. How do you record it on Blaze Media while playing it on Sound Forge? Will it be self-explanatory once I have the files?

pretty much. blaze media has an audio capture program in it and it pretty much just takes a few clicks to setup and record. if you need help with the stuff when you have it just let me know

dl Audacity. Then just open your mp3 file with it and tweek.

Audicity has a lot of tweeking stuff. Bass boost, wah wah, echo, repeat. Ive acually made some 80's screwed, as well as speeding up some songs, but changing the tempo and cords to make it sound normal voice, not retarded kariaoke night at the local bar chopped and screwed songs.

a more easy way to do allll this withou audacity's steep azz learning curve and has real decent sound capture plus can save at high bit rates like 320 kb or higher. it's called digital audio editor. the serials very easy to find.
