So i need the dimensions for a box for my 12" diamond audio D6, ran off a kicker kx600.1. I have these dimensions to work with in the back of my truck. 40" long X 15" depth X 25" high. Im not too sure wat im goin to expect from this sub so im thinking of using all that space ( i like the look of one big box and single sub) and tuning round 32-35 hertz/ if u could design a box for me that would be awesome, ill post videos when all is done
I took a look at the spec sheet and I got a little confused. It recommend only a 1.25 cf box for that sub which is the same as the 10". But it recommends 3 cf for the 15". I have the 15" D6 in a 3.3 cf box and I like the way it sounds, even tuned 35hz (wish it was tuned lower tho).
You definetly have the room for whatever you decide, but I think using all of it would be too big. Are you looking for a sq setup?
