2006 Honda Civic Radio Code

I had a bluetooth system installed in my car, and my radio needs the security code. I talked to 800-999-1009 and they don't know what is wrong. The code they give me is 7892. My radio only has buttons 1 thru 6. The s/n is 23005480. Can anyone help?
