What You think about 18` MMATTS DREADNAUT ???

I am about to purchase a 18 MMatts Dreadnaut but i have never heard one of them, are these good quality sub`s. Also should a Kicker zx1000.1 amp be able to push this ???? And does any one have a ported box measurments that would be good to tune this sub at 20 Hertz ???? Thank`s

dont tune subs to 20 hz, thats where audible noise dies out, tune it to 32

Robert, the length(tuning) of the port depends on your box size and how much port area you are wanting. Give us some dimensions on the box you want then we can answer your question.

well i have around 30 inches in width about 40inches in height. and about 35 inches in length available. So what dimension would be good for a 18 inch sub ???? if some one can just give a good exact measurement that i should use to make the box and port size then i will be able to get it done. I am just having a hard time figuring out how to get it tuned and how much space the sub actual needs . If you can give me that i would appreciated GREATLY, Thanks.
