no aim. comparing it to my only other 15" off the same power (cvr) both sealed (2.2cuft. after displacements), same car, everything, i'd say output is about the same, maybe a bit more towards the cvr. sq is a bit better with the maw though, and it hits the lows a little better. thinking of porting the maw here shortly though, or selling it before that to try out another sub. worth the money though imo.
i've heard a pair of maw10s' ported and liked them alot and might try those out myself. you'll be surprised with the performance of them if you've never heard any maws before, especially for the price of them.
but do port them as i am a little dissapointed with the output (only because i think i was expecting some comp. winning spl from it from the talk of it, even sealed). and i hear they come alive ported. but again, at $105 shipped, was one of the best purchases i think i have made in quite a awhile. and not to mention the c.s. is excellent.
like see i wanted to know how low they get cause i listen to a lot of jeezy and low hitting bass. and for the loud i wanted to get louder than my friends 2 12" memphis subs sealed on 500 watts
tune them low and you should be happy with them. especially 4 10"s off 1000w, should be nice. pretty sure you wont have no problem beating your friends pair of 12"s.
