I just got this off my friend but I'm pretty sure the speaker blew. He says its 1000 watts and says its a bazoka tube but idk I know it says Jenson on it. Do you know where I can get a replacement sub and how good it is? heres pics of it. BTW I got it for freeUpload

At least the price is right. It would probably cost more to fix than it's worth. Just take the driver out and replace it yourself. $20-$40? Should be easy peasy.

The driver meaning the speaker. If it's blown that sub can't be more than $40 to swap out. And 1000w?

If you want to keep it that bad just replace the driver (speaker). Remove some screws and replace.

Where in PA are you?

Oh the speaker lol, I've taken it appart and everything but I just put it back togeather for the pictures haha. Yeah, my friend is full of it if you ask me. Do you know where I can get a replacement, and do you even know what the thing is and I'm guessing it was around 200 watts lol what do you think? BTW I live about an hour and a half from Harrisburg.

When you take the sub out look on the back for some specs. Take the sub with you to pep boys or wal mart and pair it up with a new one comparable in size and specs. Looks to me like a 6 1/2" or 8" sub.

Lol. I'm not gonna recommend a brand for that tube. It just isn't right. It's all about your budget. You wanna spend $20? $50? $10? It's just a simple swap of a properly sized sub. With that tube it's not rocket science. Bass tubes are really a thing of the past and should be kept there. If you want a cheap simple fix it's gonna sound like one too.

If that tube uses an 8" sub, try this one to replace it:

http://www.edesignaudio.com/edv2/product_info.php?cPath=92&products_id=448

Its rated 100wrms and is DAM cheap...~$8.25shipped.

You can get it in S4 or S2ohm.

s2ohm and s4ohm are for the wiring for your amp....s2ohm wires to a 2 ohm load for your amp and s4ohm wires to a 4 ohm load for your amp
