Only difference between the 95 and 99 is the cone, and it doesn't make a difference until you get in to REALLY high power levels.

The newer motors are better (duh).

well heres the thing im looking to get 2 more DDm3's to strap and run 2 amps one sub

I'd only do that when burping.Also I hope you have money to afford recones if you blow up the subs.

I dunno about whether a F motor is stronger than a D motor. I had 2 9515F in and one coil went so I put in 2 9515D's and its just as loud.The F motor may be more eff but I dont think its that big of a diff. I would however buy the newest out if it were me.

The F motors have better cooling.

I'm not 100% on this, but I think the 99D and the 95F motors are the same. (the 99D motor is not a 95D motor)
