Pulled a 173.7dB @ 47hz

First run with a 10ft port was 168.8 @ 30hz..

So we cut it about in half and burped the 173.7 @ 47hz..

Then we cut that piece in half.. oops tuning went down to 43hz... Next show I should have a complete port wars setup to play with.. not my XXX again lol

Yea.. first time I've actually set out and did a port wars box..

btw, sorry guys for not taking a pic of the TL reading.. when we start doing the shows again Jan 27th I'll have more pics and hopefully a higher score :-)

You push the waterhose up against the hole in the back of the TL.

the water hose is about the right size.. next time im going to put a nipp1e on it that is just as big as the opening on the mic :-)

guy at the show did something similar and did a 180.8dB

some old 8" .. don't remember what it was.. he had the port tapper down to the small hole in the mic tho..

same guy also had a ford fiesta with 2 old DD 9515s in a 4th order..
