do you know what a snail shell box is? powered4sounds used to build them, they use some specail forumla to calulate the subs perfect box. look around i've seen the forumla or hybrid formulas on forums before so. as far as tcrap goes their just boxes built to specs that maximize air flow and position the sub so it "loads" in the enclousure to get better spl results.
