Okay...Ive got a question

I took the cover off the amplifier, and I hooked it up to the power, ground & remote

So its running right
And I hear a Ticking inside the amp! And I also look at the Protect like and that is Flashing

Any clue what it could be?

you raly need to find out with a meter if its getting 12-14 volts and that the ground is good. Is the car running when you test it?

Test your amp by itself first. See if it powers on without going into protection. If it doesn't then connect the rca from the HU. Also check the speaker wire strands. Make sure they're not shorting out.
When an amp clicks like that, it's usually caused from signal overload or lack of power.
