ok so my amp has been cutting out mid-song. sometimes when the bass stops. i have to turn the bass on my deck all the way up for the sub to kick on again then I am able to turn the bass back down. can i get some tips as to why it is doing this?
will it come back on after a short amount of time? or does the music have to be turned back down for it to come back? Is the amp hot when this happens?
could be running it under its recommended ohm load or clipping it from low voltage. I wouldt beat it hard till you figure it out as you might fry something.
