So i get a set of 6.5" alpinet type-r coaxils, they are running off of a Soundstream amplifier (90W RMSX2) when im driving my van they periodically turn on and off the left speaker, the right one always stays on. How do i fix this problem?

yeah your speaker wires are probably just rubbing up against something, makin it lose connection.....
