I need some help with building a box for my 2 JL10W7. I built one box already that pretty custom fit but it doesnt sound like what the W7 is capable of doing. For a sealed enclosure do I have to worry about anything else either than the space? I dont have to worry about tuning it or anything do I? I have a fairly small trunk so space is extremely limited. Any advice on building a sealed enclosure? I kind of know the basics like sealing it with silicone, double layer the front, add screws to the boxes, I just need to know if theres anything else important that needs to be calculated in a sealed enclosure other than the volume or space?
Just get the right volume, brace it well. It can be done without screws, or double baffling. I've heard bracing it well is much better than doubling up on the baffle, which makes sense.
