$260 shipped aint expensive for that sub.. i had the 15 enjoyed it now i have the stroker pro 15 and enjoy that even more.. if you want to try it then buy it build the box at there recommended size and tunning which they have several choices.. youll be good

i have purchased two which are the Cerwin Vega Stroker 12 in Sub 122 Subwoofer NR. It cost me 450$ shipped. I am having a custom box built but what amp should i use to push since you have already used the set up

you need at least a 3000 rms at 2 ohm amp or 2 amps that do 1500-2000 watts rms at 1 ohm. 2 sundown 1500 strapped would be nice.. maybe 1 kicker 2500.1 i think those are 2500 rms at 2ohms, a mmats 3500.5 wouldnt be bad thats 2700 rms at .5 ohms.. i can look for other amps also.. you deffinetly need an h.o alt and a couple of batt if you can fit a kinetik 1400 up front and one in bqack that would help

A dealer at a local audio store has 2 crossfire amps which are 1000w monoblock and 2 yellowcap batts and each sub will be mounted in its own box because of the way my trunk is.
