Mixing sub sizes

does anyone see anything wrong with mixing 2 8" with 2 10" as long it is the exact same model, ohms, and year? This should keep my sound balanced and allow me the space I need.

I think it would be a better idea to run all 8s if you're thinking about that :-) 8'' subs do have the ability to get loud if installed properly in case you were thinking they wouldn't get loud.

Ya, not a good ideal. YOu can do it, but they will emit diff soudns, and maybe have slightly diff reaction times (or more or less accurate to each other). It wont hurt anything. Just know that the performance will NOT be linear between them. Lots of factors will make it almost impossible to be matched accurately.
