i had it off and it fried my SE?
amp subsonic is 25Hz and i was usin it on a 35Hz box is that? the ppl at re said it was?? i'm lost on this subsonic thing plz help

Yeah, you dont want to set it lower than a few Hz lower than box tuning. Subsonic filter will determine how low you allow your sub to play.

wtf is with the ? marks all over your post? learn to type, that's almost impossible to understand.

but you had your sub?? in a ported? box and? did?? not have the ss on???? well, that's why your subs blown. if lost on the ss thing, should have asked first. would have saved you a sub.

Your SSF is not 'tunable'.

BTW...you prolly didnt fry the SE from not having the SSF on. You usually see mechanical failure from subs w/ no SSF on the amps...not fried coils.

You were prolly clipping the amp and gave the sub a bad signal. Set your gain correctly...if possible, dont use bass boost.
