so i was looking as this component set the other day and im thinking about getting them, im not realy into serious sq, but i still want something thats gunna sound nice,

they would be powered off a ppi5440, 5 channel amp, in bridged mode, which puts out 120x3 @ 4ohms bridged ( 2 of the channels for the comps and the 3 i was thinking about putting an 8 inch sub on it jsut to add some mid bass)....?

yeah i had a sales rep come out and show me some 6 and half component systems, theyre crossovers worked nice. silk dome tweetter sounded great too, but he wouldnt talk prices...so i didnt go with it

Well...I've heard good things about Exile products but that's about it.I don't know from personal experience.

Exile is a solid product. I have not owned one yet, but they are designed from the original PG engineers that left a while ago to start a new company. The amps are very well done from what I have seen.

thanks alot guys, ne more opinions, dont know if the specs can tell anything,since i dont know much about components, ive always jsut ran coaxials...there are about 170.99 at future shop but two of my buddies work there so i would be buying them threw them...
