i agree about how loud harleys can be and dont forget about semis or 18 wheelers. when one pulls down my street its loud and everyone has to ck it out. subs simply arent that annyoing

That's years old. That letter said "CONFIDENTIAL" right on the top, that makes it morally wrong if not illegal.
Sounds more like a cranky old geezer than an intelligent person worth arguing with. I'd just let it go. "boom cars" lol.
