I dont really think the thermal is going to handle it for long periods of time, i have a friend with 2 R;s it cant handle the 1300rms the amp does so he had to turn it down to about 900rms otherwise u start to smell coils getting hot. Why not do some X's?

cause type x's are not what he wants. they are geared towards sql and they dont come in 15s. if he were to get anything else i would tell him to get the BLs. and with everything said and done they should only be getting 1000-1100 watts rms a piece.

It'll be months till I get my charging system how I want it, besides, steve meade already has over 5 db on me :-) I wouldn't challenge him though.

No idea. No one really has any results from testing them that I can find, just db scores. I've heard people on both side of the fence. I love how small they are, and I was able to get them at a much better price than the RF (alteast when I originally bought the first 2, now I think I can get them for about the same). I have no way of testing, but they have done well for me. Like I said- great power with a small footprint for what they are.

I'm in South Carolina btw chad. I think there's only a handful of vehicle in the 140s where I live.

They had the "Funk Master Flex" show that they advertise like crazy- they didn't even have a t/l! A bunch of people cheered for who they thought sounded the loudest. There was only one or two vehicles in the high 140s, that's it. :-(
