The DEI 1100D is a mono amp. Maybe you are confused because it has two sets of speaker outputs? Also, those specs were a test of the amp by Car Sound & Performance and those were the actual numbers they got out of it. Not sure why they didn't include the specs but it will also do 425@ 4 ohms.

so even tho this amp has two channels one channel for two wires and another channel for two more wires this amp wont support two subs at 4ohms....hope i got all that right...im kinda new and trying my best to catch on! so that 425 is both channels together right???? so if it can run two subs it would be like 212 rms for each channel??? Im kinda confused lol...why would they make a mono amp with two channels??? why not just one channel with 425 instead of bridging two channels to get the 425?
